I am Zuzana Robertson. I am a fitness-focused personal trainer with a background in psychology and advanced training across fitness training, strength and conditioning, movement quality, and nutrition support.
My core expertise lies in designing integrated training programmes that combine resistance-based fitness training, strength and conditioning principles, mobility and flexibility work, Pilates-based movement, and nutrition guidance. This integrated approach allows training to be adapted to different goals, preferences, and phases, while maintaining consistency and long-term progress.
The aim of my work is to help clients develop strength, physical capacity, metabolic efficiency, and stable energy levels, while supporting long-term health and longevity. I work with individuals who want to feel strong, capable, and physically confident, even when schedules are demanding or travel is frequent.
My background in psychology informs how I structure programmes and support consistency, focus, and routine - always in a practical, non-clinical way. I do not provide therapy or counselling; my work remains firmly rooted in fitness, movement, and lifestyle structure.
I value discretion, adaptability, and professionalism, and I am comfortable working with clients who require a flexible, well-organised approach to training and daily routines.
