About Me

I’m Zuzana Robertson - an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and psychologist with a passion for helping people transform their bodies, strengthen their minds, and build a healthier life they can sustain long-term.

My approach is different from traditional fitness coaching.

Because of my background in psychology, I understand how the mind and body shape each other. Real transformation isn’t just about training harder - it’s about learning how to stay consistent, regulate stress, fuel your body well, and build habits that actually last.
